AIG Rapes Americans

AIG Bailout

J E Wilson

Duck or Get Hit

What part of “bailout” did AIG miss? If AIG has contracts with executives and bonuses, fire or let these people quit. The economic system, Americans, and taxpayer dollars have been displaced. America is getting it! All the bailout does is save wealthy executives club memberships.

Contracts are broken everyday and if AIG is paying our dollars to allow people that ran a company into the ground to live better in hard times. The simplest form of a cure is to let AIG fail or come inline with the taxpayer’s dollars obligations. The majority of taxpayers paying taxes are pondering the idea of giving a billion dollar company money, especially when they steal taxpayer monies to support contractual bailouts.

Americans are losing their homes, retirement, and investments. AIG executives can sew AIG for their bonuses. They can quite their job or take a bonus and should be fired. AIG should pay the executives bonuses and then fire every executive that took the bonus. How many of these executives would hold AIG contractually responsible to these bonuses?

Paying a bonus maybe “distasteful,” but taking them should be illegal. Taxpayers were not put on earth to bailout billion dollar industries. If you run a company into the ground there will always be another to clean-up your mess.

Americans are losing everything from homes to retirement. If my tax dollars are bailing out top executives that caused this nation’s mess, then stop paying taxes. Tell the government and IRS that who they are saving is not who needs saving. The long legs of government have stepped over the working class to save a upper class who started this financial plague.

If you (our government) intends to use our tax dollars to save billion dollar companies then I am not going to pay taxes. The United States Government needs to get a clue and AIG better get a clue. Hint: The sidewalk is hurts more than a golf membership, but America wants to see the executives taking a header from the top floors.

POW/MIA Flag

Published by lacrosse50 under Uncategorized Edit This

I have no connection to the military other than supporting the troops, visiting
Omaha
Beach in France, having two grandfathers in WWII, and an Uncle who served in
Vietnam. One grandfather was in the navy, my second flew with ”The Screaming Eagles”, and my Uncle was Army. So flying the POW/MIA Flag should be allowed to hang proudly anywhere, including Federal, State, County, Town facilities, and private properties.

I do not know the laws of flying flags that supports prisoners of war and/or troops missing in action, but Senator McCain might have something to say about people who refuse to support the troops. I do not support the War in
Iraq, but this flag stands for troops that fought in wars from WWII to the present and I support the flying of this flag anywhere.

Not allowing this flag to fly freely under the American Flag is as bad as arguing that the Holocaust never happened or kicking “The Vietnam Memorial” out of public parks. Sadly, there is a Highway Town Barn in a small community in

Lewis
County that is refusing to fly the POW/MIA Flag. The decision was made by this Town’s Highway Supervisor.

This flag had flown at this Town Barn in the previous years, but ripped. Now a local resident offered a new flag to show support for those missing in action or being held as prisoners of war. Since the POW?MIA Flag had flown for many years previously, in the least it should be grandfathered-in. Nobody in their right mind should deny the POW/MIA Flag to fly anywhere publicly or privately.

People from almost every race and religious background have served in either World War II,
Korean War, Vietnam War, or Iraq War along with many other deployments in the name of FREEDOM. The American Flag stands for freedom and the POW/MIA Flag stands for those who fought or are fighting to protect our freedoms, but still have not returned to live free. Let the POW/MIA Flag fly, because it’s all about Honoring America and Americans troops illegally imprisoned or missing on foreign soils.
